Picture This...

Harry and Blondie drummer Clem Burke turn heads as they walk down 14th Street in Manhattan in 1976, before the band became famous. Harry is blowing a water-filled plastic duck whistle. "We can't tell if people are staring because she's blowing the whistle or because nobody looked like that then," says Stein. "They're pretty dressed up. Maybe we were coming from some other photo session. Clem wasn't always that decked out."
