Brenda Allen is shown with sunglasses and a netted hat as she sits in court. She faced Superior Judge William R. McKay who wanted to bring Ms. Allen face-to-face with policewoman Audre Davis. He had hoped to remove Brenda from jail on the grounds that Ms. Davis had given false testimony during the trial. The policewoman failed to show up on this day.
